Founder & Investment Advisor – Blink n Sun

My journey in real estate began in New Caledonia in March 2011, where I joined a local agency and developed my foundations in property sales, client relations, and market analysis until 2014.

I then joined a larger and more structured real estate company, where I was exposed to a more professional approach to real estate transactions and investment advisory. During this period, I worked closely with banking institutions and mortgage departments, helping clients structure and prepare financing applications, analyse investment feasibility, and support transactions from both a property and financial perspective. This experience strengthened my understanding of how real estate and finance must work together to create sustainable investments.

At the beginning of 2019, I relocated to Phuket, Thailand, and since then have specialised in the Phuket property market, with a particular focus on Rawai and Nai Harn.

Over time, I realised that buying the right property is only one part of a successful investment. Long-term performance also depends on professional operations, rental strategy, maintenance, guest experience, and asset protection.

This vision led my partner and me to build Blink n Sun — not only as a real estate and investment advisory company, but as an integrated ecosystem designed to support investors beyond the purchase.

Today, Blink n Sun combines real estate, villa management, hospitality operations, guest services, maintenance, and investment support, allowing us to maintain stronger control over quality, occupancy, and long-term value creation.

Together across all branches and teams, the group now brings together more than 100 people dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences and helping owners maximise and secure their investments in Phuket.
