The Villa Farm is a private and modern 3 bedroom en-suite villa with swimming pool, ideally located for people looking for a short getaway in Phuket.
It is 5 minutes by car away from the Rawai beach village for your excursions on the islands and Naiharn beach which has a large number of restaurants, grocery stores, gyms and spas.
The space
The villa has been recently renovated, the villa consists of an equipped kitchen open to the living room that opens with a large glass window overlooking the terrace.
the 3 bedrooms have their bathroom/ wc, you also have a laundry room with its washing machine.
Guest access
you have access to the private pool as well as a terrace and some relaxing areas.
Other things to note
Included in the stay :
Bed linen and towels
Cleaning service every 4 days with change of towels
Sheets are changed once a week
Not Included :
Electricity: Charged at 6 THB/unit (kwh). A picture of the meter will be taken at check-in and another one at check-out.
Additional services such as tours, car and motorbike rental or taxi: on request with extra charge.
